I’ve been experimenting with 3CX’s Windows based PBX and it looks very powerful. Also, it has some features that are some of the missing items in Response Point (like call queuing, remote phone and multiple SIP account support to name a few) .
3CX works with PSTN service and/or VOIP SIP service. Initially, for speed of setup, I got VOIP SIP service from CallCentric to use with my 3CX system. This was quick and easy. Since my initial setup, I have just configured the 3CX system with service from NGT. NGT is the service that I use for my office. NGT is not one of the ‘templated’ providers for 3CX but the manual setup was simple (with the help of Justin at NGT). I’m including screenshots of the 3CX configuration for NGT.
